OK, so my 3 star review is due to the help I've been able to get/not get thus far as a new buyer to their network. This really applies to the vendors on the platform, as that's what FG is, a network for B2B transactions. The lack of info these vendors provide in terms of sizing & info avail for their products is ridiculous. They know good & well that simply saying S-L is not accurate enough, so far this applies to almost every single vendor I have looked at on the site or messaged for better info. Some do not even reply! That certainly makes me think twice about wanting to give said vendor my hard earned money. Where I feel that FG is failing, is by not requring these vendors to give more accurate sizing & product info, also they should be required to give a very close estimate on shipping before processing the payment as I have read several reviews with many of the vendors that they overcharge for shipping. Again my only complaint towards FG is them not being more demanding of what the vendors are required to offer to potential buyers. Very disappointed & have been weary of placing orders for the reason of not being able to get info requested. I also feel like some of the vendors are not true wholesalers, as their prices are very high.

This is the worst company to order anything from. They carry cheap poor quality products. I will never order from this company again. I purchased a green leather jacket. When I received it about 4 months later it look just like a plastic table cloth. Never again. I will definitely buy American.

Ordered some swimsuits for my boutique. I am highly disappointed. It looks nothing like the picture or description.

Worst company ever. Do not shop with them! I made an order with Boswell fashion on Fashiongo after being advised the shipping was $15 however when I saw a shipping fee transaction on my bank statement it was $68. When I got in touch with the vendor to tell them there must have been a error they told me they made a mistake & gave me the wrong shipping price! I then told them I no longer wanted the items as it was too much money but they ignored me. I then wrote to Fashiongo as I made the order through them and they told me I need to take this matter up with the vendor which I was so confused about because the vendor was ignoring ALL my messages. I told Fashiongo I wanted a refund as I had been over charged however they started to ignore me as well. Now it is 6 months later I have STILL not received my order that I was over charged for and whenever I write to Boswell fashion and Fashiongo they just ignore all my emails and messages. I am disgusted at the fact I spent $200 dollars on clothing that I have not yet received and when contacting both vendors all they do is ignore me !

Great costumer service, fast response from vendors, good variety of products, I loveee them.
